The ERTHA Partner API ("the Service") lets an approved business ("you", "Partner") initiate mobile-money payouts to recipients in Haiti, denominated in Haitian Gourdes (HTG), from a prepaid balance. Access is granted per account and may be limited to Sandbox until Live is enabled by ERTHA.
You are responsible for keeping your API secret and webhook secret confidential and for all activity signed with your keys. Never embed a secret in a browser or client application. Notify ERTHA immediately if you believe a key has been exposed, and rotate it.
Sandbox moves no real money and is for development and testing only. Live payouts draw from your funded prepaid balance and are enabled only after your account is reviewed and funded. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout instructions you submit (recipient, amount, reference).
Payouts are debited from your prepaid balance together with any applicable fee. A payout is final only when it reaches a terminal state (paid or failed) as reported by the authenticated retrieval endpoint. You agree to reconcile uncertain outcomes before taking further money actions.
You may not use the Service for unlawful payments, sanctions-evasion, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or by the underlying payment networks. ERTHA may suspend access to protect the integrity of the Service or to comply with law.
The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may change. ERTHA will give reasonable notice of breaking API changes where practical.
