What we collect

Account data — the business/name, email, and password you provide at sign-up, used to create and secure your partner account.
API usage — the requests you make (references, amounts, recipient numbers, timestamps, IP address) needed to process payouts, prevent abuse, and support you.
Recipient data — the mobile-money number (and, for validation, the registered name) you submit, used solely to deliver the payout you requested.

How we use it

To operate the Service: authenticate your requests, process and reconcile payouts, enforce limits and fraud controls, provide support, and meet legal and payment-network obligations. We do not sell your data.

Security

Secrets are stored encrypted; API traffic is served over HTTPS. You are responsible for protecting your own keys and for the lawful basis of the recipient data you send us.

Retention

Transaction and account records are retained as required for accounting, reconciliation, and legal/compliance purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
